Just Because I'm Losing...

... Doesn't mean I'm lost.
Just been preoccupied in real time.
I'll be back like Jlo in "U-Turn" so no worries.
Wish I could give you all access to post things on here for me.
Maybe one day. Until then.. be easy sleazy.

Greedy Bastards

By Yinka Adegoke

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Warner Music Group ordered YouTube on Saturday to remove all music videos by its artists from the popular online video-sharing site after contract negotiations broke down.

The order could affect hundreds of thousands of videos clips, as it covers Warner Music's recorded artists as well as the rights for songs published by its Warner/Chappell unit, which includes many artists not signed to Warner Music record labels.

The talks fell apart early on Saturday because Warner wants a bigger share of the huge revenue potential of YouTube's massive visitor traffic. There were no reports on what Warner was seeking.

Dunno...

This week, Caroline Kennedy -- the only surviving child of President John F. Kennedy -- requested that New York Governor David A. Patterson appoint her to Hillary Clinton’s vacant senate seat. Though many fans of the Kennedy family have praised her decision to seek the senate seat, others claim that she is greatly unqualified for the position and is simply banking on her surname to seal the deal. Specifically, Caroline Kennedy’s critics have pointed to the fact that she has not held a full-time job in some time, that the causes she has actively promoted (such as poetry) are irrelevant to a senator’s duties and that she has never before sought to be elected to public office at any level...

Mali posted the realest response possible to this:

Afghan and coalition troops found and destroyed 2.5 tons of marijuana in an abandoned school in southern Afghanistan, while coalition troops killed four militants elsewhere in the south, officials said Sunday.

The marijuana, which was stored in 2-foot-tall stacks, filled several rooms of a school in the Arghistan district of the southern province of Kandahar, a statement from U.S. forces in Afghanistan said.

"No students or faculty were at the schoolhouse at the time of the discovery. The school's furniture had been taken out of the classrooms and left in the courtyard. The amount of rust on the furniture indicated the school may not have been used for its intended purpose for a prolonged period of time," the statement said.

Afghanistan is the world's largest producer of opium, the main ingredient in heroin. But as the U.S. and other Western nations have tried to help Afghanistan stamp out its poppy fields, an increasing number of farmers have turned to marijuana, which is receiving less attention from authorities.

A new survey reveals 13% of 10th-graders reported smoking marijuana in the past 30 days, while just 12.3% smoked cigarettes.

In the just-released survey, 13.8 percent of 10th-graders reported smoking marijuana in the past 30 days (considered "current use" by researchers), while just 12.3 percent smoked cigarettes. For eighth and 12th grades, cigarette use still exceeded marijuana, but the gap narrowed to insignificance.

This year, current and past-year marijuana use increased for eighth- and 12th-graders and declined for 10th-graders, but none of the changes were large or statistically significant. In contrast, current cigarette smoking did drop significantly for 10th-graders. Changes for most other drugs were marginal, except for a significant increase in methamphetamine use among 10th-graders.
